Terms of Service

The rules for using promptreach.ai, listing a business, and buying a plan.

These terms are an agreement between you and Prompt Reach (“Prompt Reach”, “we”, “us”), the operator of promptreach.ai. By using the site, creating an account, submitting a listing or buying a plan, you agree to them. If you use the site for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that business.

1. Listings

You may list a business you own or are authorized to represent. You are responsible for keeping its details accurate and lawful. We may edit listings for formatting and clarity, and we may decline, hide or remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, spam, in a category we do not list, or that we believe harms visitors or the directory. We may also remove a listing when the business closes or asks us to.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, format, and distribute the content you submit (text, logos, photos, hours, links) on the site and in the structured data, feeds and summaries we publish for search engines and AI systems. You confirm you have the rights to everything you submit.

2. Unclaimed listings

We may publish basic public facts about a business (name, website, location, category) before its owner claims it. The owner can claim it or ask us to remove it at any time by emailing hello@promptreach.ai.

3. Ownership checks

Claiming a listing requires proof that you control the business, such as an email at its domain, a DNS record, a file on its website, or a manual check by us. Do not claim a business you do not control. We may revoke a claim, without refund, if we find it was made with false information.

4. Accounts

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure: anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission.

5. Paid plans

Verified is a subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from My account. Verified stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your listing returns to a free listing.
Featured Launch is a one-time purchase for 30 days in one of six homepage spots, first place in your city and category, and a spotlight article. If all spots are taken, your 30 days start when the next spot opens.
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout based on your location.
We may change prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and locked prices (such as founding owner pricing) stay in place as long as that subscription stays active. We will tell you before a price change applies to your renewal.
Refunds follow our Refund policy.

6. No guarantees about AI or search

We publish accurate, structured information in the places AI assistants and search engines look. We do not own or control ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google or any other third-party service, and we do not promise any ranking, mention, recommendation, traffic, lead or sale. Results depend on those services and on factors outside our control.

7. Reviews and enquiries

Reviews must be honest and based on a real experience. Do not post reviews of your own business or a competitor’s. Enquiries sent through the site go to the business. Any deal, service or dispute between a visitor and a listed business is between them; we are not a party to it and do not vouch for any business. A Verified mark means we checked ownership of the listing, not that we endorse the business or its work.

8. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site in a way that burdens it, create accounts or submissions by automated means, try to break or bypass its security, upload malware, impersonate anyone, or post content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive. We may suspend or close any account that breaks these rules.

9. Our content

The site’s design, text, articles, logo and data compilation belong to Prompt Reach or its licensors. You may link to and share pages, but you may not copy the directory or republish our content in bulk without written permission.

10. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, email hello@promptreach.ai with the work, the page where it appears, your contact details, and a statement that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We will review it and remove infringing material.

11. Third-party services and links

Listings link to websites we do not control. Payments are handled by Stripe under its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services or content.

12. Disclaimer

THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT LISTING INFORMATION IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, PROMPT REACH AND THE PEOPLE WHO OPERATE IT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$100.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Prompt Reach and the people who operate it from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your listing or other content, your business, your use of the site, or your breach of these terms.

15. Ending your use

You can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access, or remove your listing, if you break these terms or if we stop offering a service. If we end a paid plan for reasons that are not your fault, we will refund the unused part. Sections 1 (license), 9, 12, 13, 14 and 16 survive after your use ends.

16. Disputes

If you have a problem, email us first and give us 30 days to try to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, or in small claims court where you live if it qualifies, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction. Claims must be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action, to the extent the law allows.

17. General

These terms, the Refund policy and the Privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about the site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may transfer them, along with your account, to an affiliate or to any successor to the business, including as part of a reorganization, merger or sale. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

18. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new date at the top. If a change is significant we will tell account holders by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Questions and legal notices: hello@promptreach.ai.
