How cancelling works, and when you get your money back.

Free listings

Free listings cost nothing. You can edit or remove yours at any time.

Verified, monthly

Cancel any time from My account. You keep Verified until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund partial months.

Verified, yearly

If you ask within 14 days of your first yearly charge, we refund it in full. After 14 days you can still cancel at any time: you keep Verified until the end of the paid year and are not charged again, but we do not refund the remaining months. The same 14-day window applies to each yearly renewal.

Featured Launch

If you ask before your 30 days begin, we refund it in full. Once your listing is live in a Featured spot, the purchase is final.

Our mistakes

If you were charged twice, charged in error, or we could not deliver what you paid for, we refund you in full, whatever the timing.

Removed listings

If we remove a listing for breaking our Terms of Service (for example a false ownership claim, spam or misleading content), no refund is due. If we end a paid plan for any other reason, we refund the unused part.

How to ask

Reply to your Stripe receipt or email hello@promptreach.ai from the address on your account, with the business name. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can almost always sort it out faster.
